At COOK IN GARDEN, we do everything we can to ensure your refund is processed as quickly as possible.
Once your item has been returned, all you need to do is sit back and relax while we take care of the rest.
🔎 What are the conditions for a refund?
To be eligible for a refund:
The item must be returned in its original condition.
The return must be made within the 30-day withdrawal period.
The product must be complete, with all accessories and original packaging.
👉 If you return your entire order, the delivery costs will also be refunded, in accordance with consumer law 😎

Around 14 days for items returned to a collection point or collected from your home.
3 to 4 weeks for items returned via post.
