The TEMPO 40 favours spontaneous cooking: crisp vegetables, delicate fish or meat seared just right. It's not designed for large tables, but rather for simple, effective occasions, for two or small groups. It takes up less space than a top-of-the-range griddle, and focuses above all on practicality, control over cooking and ease of maintenance.

TEMPO 40 ELEC
Compact and easy to install, it's a natural on a balcony, terrace or even in a spare kitchen.
Its unique 2500 W electric burner heats quickly and evenly, making it ideal for preparing everyday meals without waiting for or watching a fickle fire.
Its clever grease management system has been designed to make everyday use cleaner and more comfortable. Cooking juices and excess grease are naturally channelled into a removable grease trap, preventing uncontrolled spills and burnt deposits on the hob.
This limits fumes, improves hygiene during cooking and makes cleaning up after use much easier. Once the meal is finished, the tray simply pulls out to be emptied and cleaned, a practical detail that really makes a difference in use.
The griddle burner has 6 settings, from 0 to 5, so you can precisely adapt the heating power to suit the food and the time of cooking.
The 0 position ensures a total stop in complete safety, while the intermediate levels allow you to keep food warm, cook gently or gradually increase the temperature. The highest intensities are ideal for searing meat and fish quickly.
