Easy cleaning: leave your plancha on for a few minutes, at full power, then add a glass of water to loosen the residue. This way, they will be burnt and will be easily removed.
Connecting to a gas bottle (not supplied) requires a gas hose and a pressure regulator. These accessories are not included with your plancha.
