Good to know:
Easy cleaning: leave your plancha on for a few minutes, at full power, then add a glass of water to loosen any residue. The residue will be burnt off and easily removed.
To connect to a gas bottle (not supplied), you need a gas hose and a pressure regulator. These accessories are not included with your griddle.
